- What are your next steps to further develop your IDP? If you want to put deeper thought into this, develop a WOOP Goal.

Step 1: Watch video
Step 2: Choose something new you want to learn for the next two weeks
Step 3: Develop a Goal (remember goal setting project: Outcome - Performance - Process Goals) using the WOOP process (research WOOP)
Step 4: Send Woop and reflection on why you choose your goal, did you achieve your outcome, if yes - why, if no -why, what are your next steps
Players: Remember to include another adult when corresponding with coaching staff.
Be active 30 minutes per day: riding bikes, jogging, play with a sibling or parent(s), own body weight exercises.
